Business Development Manager John Domantay also graduated at Monash University with double degrees in Biomedical Science and Law in 2002. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2004. John has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry in both commercial and private lending. He has been a consultant for sole traders and larger business alike, predominantly working within the health industry. When John is away from the office, he enjoys the outdoors with his young family.

Emma is our National Legal Operations Manager who has more than 10 years’ experience in the legal industry, both in management and practice (property and estates). She oversees the day-to-day operations of the group and is consistently reviewing and building on business processes to improve efficiency which in turn provides excellent legal services to clients.

Emma graduated from the University of Otago (NZ) with a Bachelor of Commerce and Melbourne Polytechnic with an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing. Outside of work, Emma enjoys investing in the crypto and stock markets, is a keen skier and has a passion for travel.

Rohan has previously worked in firms in Melbourne and overseas and in corporate in-house legal teams across a variety of industries.

He enjoys the tight-knit culture at Domantay Legal and working closely with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds on issues that affect them personally.

Outside of work, Rohan enjoys hanging out with his family, travelling overseas and visiting craft breweries.

In her law career to date, Elaine has gained a wealth of experience in Family Law, Criminal Law and Migration law. She is hardworking, determined and committed to delivering the best for her clients.

Peter works across our multiple practice areas including estate planning, commercial law, property conveyancing and litigation. Pana graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws.

Early in her career she worked in the Office of the Victorian Government Solicitor and then the Australian Government Solicitor’s Office. From there she entered private practice and has for the most part since 1992 been a principal of her own firm.

Her main areas commercial law, contractual disputes, commercial leasing, family law (including intervention order applications), Wills and Probate and criminal law. She practices in all jurisdictions and appears before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

She is fluent in the Greek language and was formerly a teacher of Greek.
