Emma is our National Legal Operations Manager who has more than 10 years’ experience in the legal industry, both in management and practice (property and estates). She oversees the day-to-day operations of the group and is consistently reviewing and building on business processes to improve efficiency which in turn provides excellent legal services to clients.

Emma graduated from the University of Otago (NZ) with a Bachelor of Commerce and Melbourne Polytechnic with an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing. Outside of work, Emma enjoys investing in the crypto and stock markets, is a keen skier and has a passion for travel.

Rohan has previously worked in firms in Melbourne and overseas and in corporate in-house legal teams across a variety of industries.

He enjoys the tight-knit culture at Domantay Legal and working closely with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds on issues that affect them personally.

Outside of work, Rohan enjoys hanging out with his family, travelling overseas and visiting craft breweries.

Rohan holds an LLB (Hons) and BCom (Hons) from Monash University and an LLM from The University of Melbourne.

In her law career to date, Elaine has gained a wealth of experience in Family Law, Criminal Law and Migration law. She is hardworking, determined and committed to delivering the best for her clients.

James is an experienced lawyer admitted to practice in Victoria, with a strong focus on Property Law and Banking & Finance. Chloe is a commercial litigator and previously worked at several leading national law firms in Melbourne where she gained experience in banking and finance litigation, contractual disputes and insolvency.

She has appeared at various Courts in Victoria.

Prior to pursuing her legal career, Chloe worked for one of the Big Four banks in Australia which led her to London where she worked for a major bank in the United Kingdom.

Chloe takes pride in resolving disputes with a personable approach and strives to achieve positive outcomes for her clients.

Natasha graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2023. With over 4.5 years of experience in the legal industry, Natasha recognises the importance of exceeding client expectations. She has a background in commercial litigation and debt recovery, and currently works across our multiple practice areas.

 Outside of work, you can find Natasha spending time with loved ones, trying different bars and restaurants and coaching her junior girls soccer team.

Sam is the firms Practice Manager. Sam enjoys building great rapport with clients and loves seeing the mutual benefits of strong firm, and client relationships. Through her experience, Sam brings great knowledge in managing client’s accounts and the running of the firm. In her spare time, Sam enjoys walking on the beach and winding down with a glass of wine in the company of her family and friends.

Pana graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws.

Early in her career she worked in the Office of the Victorian Government Solicitor and then the Australian Government Solicitor’s Office. From there she entered private practice and has for the most part since 1992 been a principal of her own firm.

Her main areas commercial law, contractual disputes, commercial leasing, family law (including intervention order applications), Wills and Probate and criminal law. She practices in all jurisdictions and appears before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts as well as the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

She is fluent in the Greek language and was formerly a teacher of Greek.

Pana has a particular interest in Australian indigenous art and enjoys travelling and gardening.

I’m Ariana Janelle Caraan, and I love working with people. I’m a solution-oriented problem solver with four years of experience in executive positions and support. In the Philippines, I am also a certified Paralegal. I like to join an organization that provides challenges and opportunities.

I find my greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life. I have a strong bond with my siblings. When I’m not with them, you’ll often find me exploring the great outdoors. Whether it’s free diving, conquering challenging hiking trails, or enjoying a friendly game of volleyball, I’m always in my element when I’m outside. Joy holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney. She moved to Melbourne in Jan 2024 and joined DL in Mar 2024.

Prior to studying law, Joy completed a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work degree and worked at a residential aged care facility as a Customer Wellness Coordinator.

Outside of work, Joy enjoys cooking, reading, and a good walk in the parks.

Sev has a strong background in client management and relationships, having previously worked and managed in large enterprises. Sev is a dedicated mother who is passionate about all things fashion.
